Adapt the size and type of brush to the character of your hair: larger, flat brushes are best for long, medium or thick hair, while smaller diameter brushes are best for shorter, finer hair. Avoid using the brush on wet hair - it will be more fragile and easier to break. For gentle detangling, always start at the ends and work your way up to the roots.
Remove hair stuck between the pins by gently pulling it out with a comb. Wash your brush regularly with warm water and a few drops of shampoo, rubbing it gently against the palm of your hand. Rinse with clean water and shake lightly. Let the brush dry with the rubber side down. Cleaning the plastic handle: Use a soft cloth that is barely damp, then dry with a clean cloth.
