2- General conditions of use and services

When visiting the web site, the users fully and entirely accept the general conditions of use. The conditions of use can be amended or completed without notice, therefore users are invited to regularly consult them.

The access to the site is available to users at all time. However the site access can be suspended for technical maintenance decided by Vikim Diffusion, who will do its best to communicate maintenance date and time.

If you receive a damaged, broken, or defective product, please notify Plisson as soon as possible. Our customer service will send you detailed instructions on how to ship the package to you. Please do not ship the package back before receiving the instructions.

If the outer packaging of your order is clearly damaged on arrival, and you are suspecting that the products are damaged as well, you can either reject the delivery or accept the goods and sign for them as damaged. In both instances, please notify  Plisson as soon as possible.

5- Intellectual property, copyright and infringement

Vikim Diffusion is the owner of intellectual property rights and holds copyright of the content of the site, including texts, images, graphics, logo, icons, buttons, audio, softwares.

Total or partial reproduction, representation, modification publication, adaptation of the site content, whatever the used process is, is absolutely forbidden without Vikim Diffusion prior written authorization.

6- Liability

Vikim Diffusion cannot be held accountable for direct or indirect damages caused to user’s materials, while browsing Vikim Diffusion site, and resulting either from the use of equipment not compliant to specifications given in 4., or from a bug or an incompatible equipment.

Vikim Diffusion cannot also be held accountable for indirect damages (such as the loss of a market or opportunity) after visiting the sites,,

Users can post their questions in dedicated spaces. Vikim Diffusion can suppress, without notice, all messages that violate French laws, especially the ones related to personal data protection.

In specific case, Vikim Diffusion can proceed to civil and criminal prosecution, especially when messages contain racist, offensive, defamatory or pornographic purposes, no matter the used medium (text, pictures …).

7- Personal data

In France, personal data are protected by Legal Act n°78-87 dated on 6th January 1978, Act n°2004-801 dated on 6th August 2004, Act n°226-13 of penal code and European Directive dated 24th October 1995.

When visit the site, following data can be collected : URL links, user’s internet provider, user’s IP address.

Vikim Diffusion collects user’s personal data only to perform the services required by site (or site). The user provides the data in full knowledge, especially when he (she) enters them himself (herself). The user is informed when he (she) must/must not provide the required data.

According to the data protection Articles 38 and Act 78-17 of 6th January, users benefit from the right to access and require rectification of the personal information. The user will submit the demand in writing, attach a copy of the identification card, and give the address where the document will be sent.

No personal data of the user of the site ( will be edited, amended, moved, ceased or sold on any media to a third party. Only the acquisition of Vikim Diffusion and its rights allows the transmission of the information to the potential buyer, who will be subject to the same rules of conservation and modification of users’ data.
