Tips for use 

It is recommended to shave in the morning after showering when the skin is clean and supple. After moistening your skin, apply shaving soap or cream with your shaving brush. Using a shaving brush not only exfoliates the skin but also prepares the hair for shaving. The shaving brush straightens the hair and distributes the shaving product from the root, which allows for a more effective shave on the first pass.

• With soap: emulsify the soap with circular movements with your shaving brush until you get a creamy lather. Spread the foam evenly over the entire area to be shaved, making small circles.

• With the shaving cream: Apply the shaving cream to your moistened shaving brush and work it into a lather using small circular movements. 

Once the shaving cream is evenly distributed over the entire surface to be shaved, shave in the direction of the hair. Remember to rinse your blades after a few strokes, removing excess lather and hair to maintain the edge. If you want to do a second shave, reapply a shaving product and shave against the grain this time. 

Rinse the freshly shaved area and apply Plisson aftershave balm to moisturise and soothe the skin. 

Maintenance 

The shaving brush: rinse your shaving brush with clean water after each use, wring it out gently in a towel and then leave it to air dry, upside down on its stand. The water in contact with your shaving brush should not exceed 45°C;

The razor: rinse the blades with clear water from the back to the front to remove hair and product residue. Do not dry your razor in a towel as this may damage the sharpness of the blades. Let the razor air dry on its stand. 

Remember to check the sharpness of the blades regularly and change them if necessary for an optimal shaving experience.
