 Jour de Sacre is inspired by the light and sun of Ajaccio. 

It's fragrance built around the multiple facets of orange trees, expressing the feeling of slipping into a favourite white tee-shirt, clean, effortless, and endlessly comforting.

It opens with the crisp burst of bergamot and neroli, with mint to cool the air, lifting the composition with a whisper of freshness that dances lightly above the sunlit streets. Petitgrain adds delicate, green nuances to this radiant citrus story, echoing the dappled shadows beneath Ajaccio’s ancient orange trees.

It unfolds with a crisp burst of crispy blood orange, sharp and sparkling, alive with a fresh brightness that awakens the senses, alongside the orange blossom, pure and radiant, bringing a tender sweetness, clean and luminous, as if sunlight itself had been distilled into a scent. It is both intimate and universal in its appeal, loved by both men and women: a daily ritual of freshness and warmth that suits every moment.

The base grounds the fragrance with a warm embrace of softly glowing woods, a subtle echo of sun-drenched Mediterranean landscapes, dry yet comforting, familiar yet refined.

The perfumer behind Jour de Sacre is Alexis Dadier, Senior Perfumer at Robertet.

For Jour de Sacre, he sought to translate the warmth, cleanliness, and freshness of Ajaccio’s orange tree-lined streets into a radiant, elegant fragrance.

Alexis began his career in Paris in marketing as Product Manager at Dior Parfums, where he discovered the world of perfumery, and later trained in Grasse to learn how to sketch and build a fragrance like an architect. Since joining Robertet’s creative team in Paris in 2008, his passion for natural raw materials has deeply influenced his work, allowing him to create precise and balanced compositions that combine modernity with respect for olfactive traditions.

Guided by the belief, "One sees clearly only with the heart. What is essential is invisible to the eye," he brings a profound sensitivity to perfumery.
