The handle on this razor makes for a comfortable grip. It's oiled and varnished for added water resistance, so you can keep it for years to come. This model offers a pleasant, smooth and precise shave. 

ADVICE FOR USE

It is preferable to shave in the morning after a shower as the moisture softens the hair and tones the skin, which becomes less sensitive to the aggressions of shaving.

On a wet face, apply shaving foam (obtained with a soap or cream) in circles for 1 to 2 minutes to straighten the hair. The foam provides an optimal layer of moisture and protection to the skin.  Shave in the direction of the hair, limiting the number of passes of the blade, to avoid irritation. If you want to shave a second time, re-sweep your face and shave in the opposite direction of the hair. Rinse the face with cool water and apply an aftershave balm to soothe and rehydrate the skin. 

MAINTENANCE

Clean the razor blades with hot water to remove hair and other residues (shaving cream, soap, etc.) and to prevent the growth of bacteria. When cleaned properly, the blade will remain effective for longer and provide a real pleasure during shaving. If the blade becomes worn, it is best to change it to avoid damaging your skin.

The best moment to shave is in the morning, just after a shower and before breakfast: your hair, consisting mainly of keratin, are softer and easier to cut, and the skin of your face less fragile. Prepare your shaving foam by loading the brush with soap or shaving cream. Use of products called " shaving preparation " is twofold: it boosts hydration of the hair by removing its fat layer (sebum) and secondly, protects your skin from the aggression of the blade.

Apply the lather to your wet face in a circular motion to straighten the hair. Shave in the direction of hair growth, limiting the number of passes of the blade, to prevent irritation. If you wish to make a second pass, re-lather and shave your face, this time in the opposite direction of hair growth. Rinse your face with cool water and apply aftershave balm to soothe and rehydrate the skin.

Check the cutting blade in your razor before each shaving and replace it if dull. After shaving, clean the razor with warm water to remove hair and other residues (shaving cream, soap, etc..), to prevent bacterial growth on the blades. Perfectly clean, the blade will maintain its cutting efficiency much longer, giving you a pleasant shave.
