Grooming Set: Shaving Brush & Knurled Palladium Razor with White High-Mountain Fibre, Includes Stand

It is strongly recommended to shave just after a shower. Warm water opens the pores of the skin, a clean and supple skin are the optimal conditions for a comfortable and efficient shave. After having moistened your skin and your shaving brush, apply a shaving product; cream or soap. Using a shaving brush will gently exfoliate the skin and also straighten and soften the hair to make shaving easier. 

• With the cream: apply the shaving cream to the shaving brush or directly to your skin, using small circular movements, lather the cream and spread it evenly over the area to be shaved.

• With soap: using your wet shaving brush, emulsify the soap with circular movements until you obtain a light, creamy lather. Spread this foam over the entire area to be shaved. 

• Take your razor and shave in the direction of the hair. Remember to run the blades under water between shaves to keep the blades sharp. Rinse your face to remove any impurities and then apply an aftershave balm to soothe and moisturise your skin. 

The shaving brush: after each use, run your shaving brush under water (never exceed 45°C) to remove any residual shaving product. Then wipe it gently in a towel and let it air dry in its holder. A well-maintained shaving brush can easily last several years. 

Razor: Rinse the razor blades to remove any remaining hair and product. Leave your razor to air dry on its stand.
