It is highly recommended to shave in the morning after showering, when the skin is clean and supple.

Moisten your skin, then using a shaving brush, apply shaving cream or shaving soap. The use of a shaving brush helps exfoliate the skin and distribute the product from the root of the hair. Additionally, the circular motions of the brush straighten and soften the hair for an optimal shaving experience.

• With soap: emulsify the soap using small circular motions until a light and creamy foam is obtained. Apply the foam evenly over the entire area to be shaved.
• With cream: apply the cream onto the shaving brush or directly onto your skin. Work the cream into a lather with circular motions and spread it evenly over the entire area to be shaved.

Then shave in the direction of hair growth, remembering to rinse the blades under water after a few passes. Rinse your face to remove residual foam, then dry your face with a clean towel. The final step, and not least, is to apply an aftershave balm to soothe and rehydrate the skin.

For the shaving brush: the longevity of your shaving brush depends on maintenance. Simply rinse the brush after each use to remove residual foam from the bristles. Gently squeeze it in a towel then let it dry head down on its stand. The water used for the shaving brush should never exceed 45°C.

For the razor: after each use, rinse the blades to remove hairs and remaining foam. Let your razor air dry. Remember to check the sharpness of your blades and replace them if necessary to maintain optimal shaving comfort.
