Laurier Impérial borrows its silhouette from the laurel, rendered in sharp, intentional strokes that reflect a mindful approach to form.

It unfolds with a radiant freshness, capturing the gleam of sunlight on gilded leaves. The scent moves with elegant energy, a harmonious balance of brightness and warmth, strength and subtlety. It speaks of triumph tempered by grace, a moment suspended between power and quiet reflection.

There is an unmistakable aura of mastery, noble, luminous, and enduring.

At its core lies a refined laurel accord, interpreting the vegetal facets of the laurel leaf with aromatic clarity and gentle spice. To give these leaves the brilliance of gold, the perfumer gilded them with citrus, opening on the sparkling freshness of cédrat and neroli, imparting a vibrant, sparkly and sunlit quality.

Juniper berries and cardamom introduce a nuanced spiciness, adding depth and intrigue. The base unfolds with a refined blend of ambroxan, musks, and moss, bringing warmth, softness, and a textured depth that enhances the fragrance’s aromatic clarity without heaviness.

The perfumer behind Laurier Impérial is Alexis Dadier, Senior Perfumer at Robertet.

For Laurier Impérial, he aimed to translate the light and contained strength of the imperial crown through a unique laurel accord that is both radiant and refined.

Alexis began his career in Paris in marketing as a Product Manager at Dior Parfums, where he discovered the world of perfumery. Trained as a perfumer in Grasse, he learned to sketch and then construct a fragrance like an architect. Since joining Robertet’s creative team in Paris in 2008, his passion for natural raw materials has deeply influenced his work, enabling him to create precise and balanced compositions that combine modernity with respect for olfactive traditions.

Guided by the belief, "One sees clearly only with the heart. What is essential is invisible to the eye," he brings a profound sensitivity to perfumery.
