It is highly recommended to shave in the morning, after a shower, when the skin is clean and supple.

Moisten your skin, and with a shaving brush, apply shaving cream or soap. Using a shaving brush helps exfoliate the skin and apply the product directly to the root of the hair. Additionally, the circular motions lift and soften the hair for an optimal shaving experience.

• With soap: lather the soap using small circular motions until a light, creamy foam forms. Apply the foam evenly over the shaving area.

• With cream: apply the cream onto the brush or directly on the skin. Lather with circular motions and distribute it evenly.

Shave in the direction of hair growth, rinsing the blade after a few strokes. Then rinse your face to remove any remaining foam and dry it with a clean towel.
The final and crucial step is to apply an aftershave balm to soothe and rehydrate the skin.

For the shaving brush: its longevity depends on proper care. Rinse the brush thoroughly after each use to remove foam residue. Gently towel-dry it and leave it to dry upside down on its stand. The water should never exceed 45 °C (113 °F).

For the razor: rinse the blades after every use to remove hair and foam. Let the razor air-dry. Check the blade sharpness regularly and replace as needed for continued shaving comfort.
