Advice for use
- With the beard soap: In your bowl, make circular movements on the beard soap, without damaging the hairs of your shaving brush, slightly moistened with warm water. Repeat the process until you obtain a firm, creamy lather. If necessary, you can use an extra bowl to deposit the lather. Take your shaving brush and apply the foam to your wet skin, always in circular movements for 1 to 2 minutes. This will tone the skin, soften and straighten the hair of your beard to make it easier to shave.
- With shaving cream: Depending on your preference, you can apply a dab of cream directly to the hairs of the shaving brush, at the bottom of your shaving bowl or on each cheek, always on a wet face. After having subtly moistened it with warm water, make a circular movement, on your skin or in the bowl, to spread the cream. This gesture generates an emulsifying reaction that creates a creamy foam. This lather is more moisturizing than beard soap and provides a protective layer to your skin.
Maintenance
To preserve the effectiveness of your shaving brush, remove all traces of cream or soap after each use. Rinse it with warm water, wring out the bristles with your fingers, then gently rub them against a clean, dry towel. Once you've done this, make sure it's no longer wet before storing it upside down on your stand.
